1. A VERY modified Angel-hair Pasta with Thai Spiced Prawns. First of all, I couldn't find angel hair pasta so I bought some egg fried rice instead. I also used green curry paste instead of red, and I didn't put tomatoes in the sauce because that's gross. I also didn't use the wine it called for because I'm not supposed to have any alcohol. But it turned out absolutely AWESOME, probably thanks to the lime juice. I am definitely making this one again.

2. Simple Chimichangas. All I really did was heat some oil in a pan, get a tortilla and put cheese, bell peppers and chunks of chicken inside, fold the tortilla so the stuff wouldn't fall out, and I fried it in the oil until it was crispy all over. These taste good and are more than easy so I'll be making them again a lot, I think.

3. Beef Stew. All I really did was cut some beef into one inch cubes, put a bunch of veggies and some tapioca into the crock pot, but it turned out to be amazing. Yay!

4. Chicken in Mushroom Sauce. This was great. Chicken breasts in the crock pot with a large can of half-diluted cream of mushroom soup, with chopped onions. I let it cook for ten hours and it was great.

5. Sweet & Sour Chicken. This turned out well, although I wish I'd had some good rice to serve it with. Just put some chicken pieces and onions in sweet and sour sauce in the crockpot all day.

6. Greek Skillet Meal. I love this and will totally make it again. I browned beef and onions in the skillet, then added tomatoes, green beans, feta, penne and some spices, and let it cook for about ten minutes. Easy and om nom nom.
