I'm scared.

I think it's happening again and there's nothing i can do to stop it. I want to, but it's like a runaway train and it's moving too fast for me to do anything about. I'm going back there and I don't want to.

The one person I want to tell is the one person I can't. i don't know what to do.

I just pray that it passes without killing me.
