That completely sucks! I personally don't understand the whole bus system myself. I've never taken a public bus in my life. Kind of sad, but not really. We have horrible public transportation and everyone here drives. You don't go 2 blocks without driving.
Why wouldn't your grandpa want you to go back to school? That doesn't make any sense to me. I hope everything works out and just think, that extra hour, you can read and get breakfast before work. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. :)
