97. Buy groceries/clothes/anything else possible at discount and thrift stores

Been doing this for quite awhile, mostly because I'm poor but more because I don't really see the point in spending on brand new stuff when older stuff will do. I've been shopping at Aldi and SuperValu (when I was in Ireland) for food, thrift stores for clothes, and I'm gonna go to Payless to get myself a cheap pair of shoes to run/work out in. Yay cheapness.

99. Get back to a maximum weight of 125 lbs if not less

March 24th, 2008: I weighed myself earlier, and I'm down to 167.4. I was 178.2 when I started this, so...yeah.

Yay me. Well, not really...but better than no progress at all, huh?

October 23rd, 2008: I can take my grey corduroy pants off without undoing the button or zipper. They're a size 20 and were always a little loose, but not THAT loose. So, yay.

April 28, 2009: When I got back to the States last week, I decided to try on some of the clothes I'd left behind when I went to Europe. To my happy surprise I was able to fit into a really nice pair of cargo jeans that I'd picked up but had no hope of fitting into at the time of purchase. They're still a bit tighter than I normally wear pants but fuck it, I can button and zip them without hurting myself. I also tried on one of my old shirts the other day, and it was way too huge to ever consider wearing as anything other than a sleepshirt. I still haven't stepped on a scale and I still have the dreaded gut and arm flab of doom, but progress is progress and I'm pretty happy about it. Now I just really need to start toning.
