As for where I live, I live just a little bit below the arctic circle. And I saw more than just Cygnus, I saw the Leo and Ursa Major too. (I didn't see Ursa Minor, that's the one that has the north star in it and it's behind our house!)

If it makes you any happier, I need to wear glasses to see them lol
Isn't there anywhere you can go outside of town where you can look at them?
